No, it is not mandatory. Monthly accounting is an add-on service to our formation packages. However, every Latvian SIA is legally required to maintain compliant accounting records. If you don't go through us, you will need to appoint a Latvian accounting firm yourself. Our advantage: a dedicated contact who already knows your file.
Monthly accounting includes: entry of all your invoices (incoming and outgoing), bank reconciliations, VAT returns, social contribution filings, corporate income tax calculation and filing, annual balance sheet, and a monthly check-in with your dedicated advisor. The EUR 149/month excl. VAT rate covers up to 50 accounting entries per month. Beyond that, a supplement may apply.
Yes. The monthly support is commitment-free. You can cancel with one month's notice. We transfer your complete accounting file and help you transition to another firm if you wish. Our goal is for you to stay because you are satisfied, not because you are locked in.
